Jean Danckaert became Chief Executive Officer of KBL Monaco in 2013 after having served as member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Monaco from 2010 to 2013, General Manager of Fortis Banque Monaco from 2005 to 2009, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of Dexia Private Bank France from 2001 to 2004 and General Manager at Société Monégasque de Banque Privée from 1995 to 2001. He started his career in the banking sector in Luxembourg by joining BIL (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg) in 1990. He’s also a member of the Principality of Monaco’s Economic and Social Council.

Edouard Madinier holds a Master 2 in Wealth Management from Paris Dauphine University. He began his career in 2008 at HSBC Private Bank as a Private Banker where he developed and managed a UHNWI business mainly composed of entrepreneurs and start-ups. He joined Banque Richelieu France in 2016 as a Private Banker and became, in 2017, Co-Director of Private Clients, in charge of managing the front office, supporting bankers in their commercial development and synergies with experts.

Jacques-Aymon Lapluye holds a Master's Degree in Market Finance from the ESG in Paris. He began his career in 1999 at the private bank Fideuram Wargny as a sell-side financial analyst in charge of the European pharmaceutical sector, where he held this position for 8 years. In 2007, he joined the Richelieu Group as Head of the Portfolio Analysis Department and then Managing Private Banker. He then became Head of the Advisory Management & Structured Products Department as well as Head of Private Clients.
Sylvain Fondeur

Sylvain Fondeur joins the Compagnie Financière Richelieu as its CFO and Head of Corporate Development. He previously worked as a Senior Manager within the Transaction Services Department of PwC France, specialized in M&A operations within the financial services sector. Before joining PwC France in 2010, Sylvain Fondeur began his career in 2007 as an auditor within the investment management department of PwC Luxembourg.

Since 2004, Thierry Quinton has served as Director of Human Resources and since 2011 as General Secretary at KBL Richelieu. He previously held various positions in personnel administration and labour relations, mainly at Banque Worms.
